Whether you are a complete beginner or a returner, creating a daily habit can be one of the biggest challenges of all. We believe that if you can perform five minutes of yoga, every day for 30 days, you will be well on your way to making yoga a part of your daily routine.
Once you complete this course not only should you feel healthier in body and mind, but you should also feel less-stressed, more positive and connected to yourself.
There is no particular time of the day that is best do perform yoga, you must find a time that is best for you. You should ensure you do not feel under pressure to squeeze your yoga in to your day, nor try to ‘hurry’ through the exercises just because you are short of time, or think the exercise is too easy or not doing anything to help you.
Remember, this course is all about setting a habit. It has been designed to help you slow down and feel in tune with your body. Relax into it and don’t feel frustrated if you miss a day.
