We run our Mum and Baby Yoga courses throughout the year. These are not ongoing weekly courses and usually run in blocks of 8 weeks, so if you are interested we recommend registering your interest in a course as soon as you can.
Our Mum and Baby Yoga classes allow you and your baby to spend bonding time in a peaceful, nurturing fun environment.
Baby yoga is recommend for babies from the age of 6 weeks old until they are fully mobile (usually between 8 – 12 months).
Emma and Laura-Jane welcome you and your baby to their post-natal mum and baby yoga course in Bath.
The post-natal period is a special time when you can really connect with your new baby, as well as begin to heal your body after birth. Mother and baby yoga promotes healing, teaches you baby massage skills and also encourages the pair of you to have fun.
