Looking for some safe and fun exercise for you and your baby? The post-natal period is a special time when you can really connect with your new baby, as well as begin to heal your body after birth. Mother and baby yoga promotes healing, teaches you baby massage skills and is a wonderful bonding experience. There’s gentle yoga for you, yoga for your baby, exercises you can both do together and lots of singing and cuddles. Absolutely no prior knowledge of yoga is needed.
All you need is a yoga mat, maybe some blocks, cushions or thick books to sit on, and a blanket for your baby to lie on.
