Feeling a bit stiff? Want some mental calmness? Not sure if yoga is for you? Then join Emma’s Yoga for Everyone class, which is suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of strength and flexibility. The 90 minute class starts with breathing exercises designed to help you breathe more fully and easily, then follows a series of yoga poses that take you through every part of the body. The class finishes with a short relaxation. Absolutely no prior knowledge of yoga is needed. Register now to book your place!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
A yoga mat, foam blocks or cushions so that you can sit on the floor comfortably (chairs are also suitable). If you have a yoga strap this is also useful, although a long scarf or men’s tie can also be successfully used.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Loose, comfortable clothes such as a t-shirt and jogging bottoms, leggings, pyjamas and shorts are also suitable. You must be able to move in your clothes.
