Our pregnancy yoga taster session can be started at any time. Our friendly classes have new mums-to-be joining us all the time (as you would expect!), so they would always be made to feel very welcome. In fact many of our mums go on to become great friends as their bellies and then babies, grow together!
Pregnancy yoga is great for:

Our pregnant mums don’t need any prior experience of yoga to benefit from it – they can just come along! All stages of pregnancy are welcome from 12 – 42 weeks.
Our classes are small and provide a valuable, quiet space in which mums-to-be can form a bond with their unborn child, prepare for birth and meet other mums.
With Emma’s background in breathing They’ll learn breathing techniques that help throughout pregnancy, labour and birth. They will also experience the deep, relaxing power of yoga nidra (yoga sleep) at the end of each class and then go home fortified with tea and homemade goodies!
No special equipment is needed for our pregnancy yoga class and there is no need to pre-book although it is best to let Emma know in advance that you are coming.
